Yoder's General Construction, demolished my old wooden deck, and replaced it with a beautiful stamped concrete patio. They also installed a French Drain. Dave was wonderful, always in contact with me, he was so patient answering all my questions, and he had good suggestions. He and Ricardo's crew worked miracles, somehow getting all the demolition work, pouring a beautiful concrete patio, and putting in the french drain in between the many days of downpours. One day, Ricardo and another worker, dug up the trench for the drain, during a rainstorm. I am forever grateful that the work is completed, Dave even came by a day later to be sure I was happy with the work. Happy? I am ecstatic! If you are looking for a good general construction company, do not look any further than Yoder's, they are truly professional, hard workers, and prices are reasonable, and the work is priceless.

We had Yoder construction replace siding on our front porch. We were out of town during the process, but the job was done exceptionally and he even documented termite damage and replaced boards behind the siding which was not on the quote. We appreciate a job done well and it is uncommon to find this level of service! Highly recommend.

Dave removed and replaced exterior siding with Hardie plank and pressure washed and painted my home. He als installed security doors. Dave is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. Great quality work for a reasonable price.
